Icons of Science Fiction

As we were walking back from a Mariners v Giants game in Seattle, I noticed some posters plastered along various buildings. What first caught my attention was that there was a picture of a Dalek on the posters. Dad then pointed out that Neo's coat from Matrix Reloaded was also pictured. I noted that the EMP had posted the pictures, and saw the name Icons of Science Fiction on the posters.

When I got home I looked it up. The Dalek pictured was the Imperial Dalek (or something like that) from one of the 1980's episodes. It was actually going to be there, along with Neo's coat, and the original Captain's chair from Star Trek ToS! I cannot handle myself. I am going there as soon as physically possible.

Birthday!

Doctor Who

So for the first real post I thought I'd talk about my Doctor Who cosplay I'm working on. It will be of the tenth doctor, will include a pinstripe suit, sonic screwdriver, hi-tops, etc.....but no overcoat. cry    They are way too expensive, and even if I find a cheap one, they look nothing like the doctor's. So I'll be making the Doctor's "running suit".
